New Features and Enhancements in Customer Success Cloud December 2023
The following new features have been introduced in the December 2023 release of Customer Success Cloud.

Customer Success Enhancements
Team Manager
For consistency between team members and allocating resources to playbook tasks, now only Customer Success Cloud resources can be added to a team using the Team Manager. For more information, see Using Team Manager.
Activity Tracker Enhancements
Upcoming Activities
We've added a new section to Activity Tracker that enables you to view upcoming activities that are due to start or end in the next seven days. For more information, see Using Activity Tracker
Activity Fields
We've added new fields to the Activity object, which improve the ordering and filtering of activities in Activity Tracker. For more information, see Activity Fields and Using Activity Tracker.
Creating Playbook Tasks
We have added the Account field to the Playbook Task object, this change has been made to support enhancements to playbook task creation in a future release, and included in the CSC - Customer Success permission set. The Account field enables you to link an account directly to a playbook task. For more information, see Playbook Task Fields.
