The following table contains a description of the fields that make up an exchange rate entry.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| History ID | Automatically assigned unique number for the exchange rate history record. |
| Created By | The name of the user who performed the update. |
| Created Date | The date and time of the update. |
| Effective Date | The first date that the exchange rate is valid. |
| End Date | The last date that the exchange rate is valid. |
| Group | The group that the exchange rate entry relates to. |
| Type | The type of exchange rate. |
| Rate | The exchange rate for the specific currency. |
| Relative Currency | The default currency of the related exchange rate group. |
| Rate Currency | The currency ISO code for the exchange rate. |
Exchange Rate History Buttons
The following table contains a description of the buttons available on the Exchange Rate History tab.
| Button | Description |

| Manage Rates | Displays the Exchange Rates tab. From this tab, you can view, create, and edit exchange rates. |
| Manage Currencies | Displays the Currencies tab. From this tab, you can view and activate currencies. |
| Manage Groups | Displays the Exchange Rate Groups tab. From this tab, you can view, create, and edit exchange rate groups. |
