Permission Error Log Fields

Here is a description of the fields that make up a permission error log.

Field Name	Description
Location Name	The name of the object, field or custom permission where the permission error occurred.
Location Type	Indicates whether the permission error occurred on an object, field or a custom permission.
Namespace Prefix	The prefix of the namespace of the package where the permission error occurred.
Operation	The type of action that was attempted when the permission error occurred.
User	The name of the user who encountered the error.
