Experience Cloud Sites Overview

Certinia Experience Cloud sites are a set of components enabling Salesforce Experience Cloud site managers to grant Customer Community Plus or Partner Community Users secure access to features available in the Certinia products listed below.

Accounting Experience Cloud Sites

You can use an Accounting Experience Cloud site to keep both customers and partners informed by collaborating, sharing, and communicating. The table below contains the full list of available feature areas.

PSA Experience Cloud Sites

You can use a PSA Experience Cloud to keep both customers and partners informed by collaborating, sharing, and communicating across every aspect of a project, for example by sharing key performance indicators (KPIs) between a project manager and stakeholders of the project. Users can ask questions about a project and modify records if they have the appropriate permissions. The table below contains the full list of available feature areas.

Billing and Invoicing

Creating and editing project and vendor billing and invoicing actions. For example, vendors can proactively manage their own invoices.

Expenses Creating and submitting expense reports for approval and entering expenses.
Project Task Gantt Project Task Gantt related information. This is either read only or editable, depending on the level of access granted for items such as project tasks or Project Task Gantt view.
Projects Project related information. This is either read only or editable depending on the level of access granted for items such as milestones, project tasks, budgets, timecards, expenses, Gantt, and status reports.
Resource Management Creating resource requests for resourcing projects and self-assignment to a project.
Skills Management Using skills and certifications.
Timecards Creating and saving timecards, entering time or time on tasks, and submission of timecards for approval.

Order and Inventory Management Experience Cloud Sites

You can use an Order and Inventory Management Experience Cloud site to keep both customers and partners informed by collaborating, sharing, and communicating. Order Fulfillment Creating quotations and sales orders, as well as managing customer accounts and orders.
Inventory Management Controlling supply, storage and access to items in your organization.
Receiving and Shipping Managing the receipt of purchased and returned items, as well as the shipment of items to customers and suppliers.
Rebates Managing and tracking rebates offered by manufacturers or sellers.
System Administration Setting up Order and Inventory Management objects and configurations.
