Using Order and Inventory Management with Foundations

Foundations is a package that contains:

  • Common components used by other Certinia applications on your org
  • Functionality that enables your Certinia applications to integrate with each other, and with third-party applications

The Foundations integrations available for Order and Inventory Management are the following:

  • OIM to Fixed Asset Management integration for Capital Expenditure: this integration facilitates the communication between Order and Inventory Management and Fixed Asset Management when purchase invoices for capital equipment purchase order lines are posted to Accounting and fixed asset records are subsequently created in Fixed Asset Management.
  • OIM to BC integration for Consolidated Invoicing: this integration enables you to create Foundations billing documents from your Order and Inventory Management invoices and credit invoices so that you can consolidate them in Billing Central.
