The following new features have been introduced in the Winter 2024 release of PSA – Accounting Connector.
If you are upgrading from a previous version, see Upgrading to PSA – Accounting Connector Winter 2024. This provides a summary of the items that have been added for each feature and details of any required upgrade steps.
Customizable Region, Practice, Group, Project to Dimension 1-4 Mappings
You can now customize the target dimension object for the Region, Practice, Group, and Project objects. For example, you might want to map practices to dimension 1 records, regions to dimension 2 records, and projects to dimension 3 records. This provides you with more flexibility and enables you to configure the flows to meet your business needs. For more information, see Setting up the Synchronization of Regions, Practices, Groups, and Projects to Dimension 1-4 Records.
You can view and customize the field-level mappings for each flow from the RPGP to Dimension Mappings tab. In addition, the mapped fields now trigger the synchronization.
