Delivery Tracker Component Fields and Buttons

Here is a description of the fields on the Delivery Tracker component.

Project Fields

Field

Description

Currency ISO Code The default currency selected on the project.
End Date The end date of the project.
Project Manager The Project Manager assigned to the project. This is a lookup to the related contact.
Project Name The name of the project.
Project Status Indicates the status of the project, based on the color displayed in the corresponding Project Status picklist.
Start Date The start date of the project.

Actuals Fields

Field

Description

Billed Sum of billed amounts. Expenses, timecard splits and miscellaneous adjustments that are billable contribute to billed revenue after they are billed/invoiced. Milestones contribute to billed and invoiced revenue after they are billed/invoiced.
Billings Sum of ready-to-bill revenue from timecards, milestones, and miscellaneous adjustments.
Bookings Booked revenue for this project. Budgets of type Customer PO and Customer PO Change Order contribute to bookings.
Margin Sum of Billings and Pass-Through Billings minus Total Costs.
Total Cost Total costs from all projects in the project hierarchy.

Filter Panel Fields

Field

Description

Account Lookup to the account which the record is associated with.
Group Lookup to the group which the record is associated with.
Include Full Project Hierarchy If selected, Delivery Tracker displays the full hierarchy for applicable projects.
Opportunity Lookup to the opportunity which the record is associated with.
Period The actuals period to filter by. The default selection is --None--.
Period Type The actuals period type to filter by. The default selection is Perpetual.
Practice Lookup to the practice which the record is associated with.
Project Lookup to the project which the record is associated with.
Region Lookup to the region which the record is associated with.
Saved Filters Filter sets saved in the Delivery Tracker filter panel.

Buttons

Button Description
Refresh Refreshes the data displayed.
Change View

Enables you to switch between the views available:

  • Summary: Shows a hierarchical view of your projects and includes details such as the project manager and project status for each project record.
  • Revenue Forecasts: Shows the total revenue forecast in each monthly time period for the project records in the hierarchy.
Note:

If you do not have the appropriate permissions to view revenue forecasts, the Summary view is displayed and the option to change view is not displayed in the toolbar. Contact your administrator.

Collapse All Collapses all records in the hierarchy so that only the highest level records are visible.
Expand All Expands all records in the hierarchy so that all of the project records are visible.
Filter Opens the filter panel to enable you to filter the programs and project hierarchies displayed.
Project Currency Enables you to convert the actuals fields displayed to different currencies.

Filter Panel Buttons

Button Description
Clear Clears the currently selected filters in the filter panel.
Delete Enables the user to delete the currently selected filter, in the Delivery Tracker Filter Panel.
Edit Enables the user to edit the currently selected filter, in the Delivery Tracker Filter Panel.
Reset

Resets the filter panel to the original values displayed. The filter panel reset has different behavior depending on which page layout it is added to: 

  • On a record page: resets the filter panel to select the pre-filtered fields only.
  • On an app or home page: resets the filter panel to an empty state.
  • On a workspace: resets the filter panel to any initial filters selected.
Save Saves amendments to the currently selected filter criteria, in the Delivery Tracker filter panel.
Save As Saves the currently selected filter criteria for reuse, on the Delivery Tracker on app pages.
Show Menu Displays the Save and Save As options for saving filters.
Settings Displays the Edit and Delete options for editing and deleting filters.
