Team schedule assignments created in Shift Management display differently than other assignments in Resource and Project Planners. Team schedule assignments display as read-only and as a combination of all assignments on the team.
Team schedule assignments in Resource and Project Planners cannot be:
- Edited or opened in the Edit Assignments panel.
- Cloned
- Split
- Swapped
- Stretched or dragged
You can edit team schedule assignments normally in the Team Schedule Planner.
Team Schedule Assignments on Project Planner
On Project Planner, team schedule assignments display in a single bar per project, reflecting the summary of the team assignments The start date reflects the earliest team schedule assignment start date and the end date reflects the latest team schedule assignment end date.
Team Schedule Assignments on Resource Planner
Team members display normally as resources in the Resource Planner. Team schedule assignments display as: "Team Schedule - (team name)" and have no date references associated with the assignment.
On any given day displaying in Resource Planner, you can see hours for a team member using the Day view.
