Resource Skills Dataset PS Cloud Analytics Output Fields

The Resource Skills dataset includes fields from the Skill / Certification, Skill / Certification Rating objects in PSA. These fields are:

Resource Skills Fields

Field Type	Field	Description
Dimension	Approval Status	Indicates the approval status of the skill or certification rating.
	Aspiration	When selected, indicates that the resource wants to learn this skill or acquire additional knowledge in it.
	Certified	When selected, indicates that the resource's skills certification record is accredited and active. When deselected, indicates that the skill certification is inactive.
	Rating	Level of exposure or ability that the resource has for the skill or certification.
	Name	The name of the rating record, for example "Rating0000086" .
	Resource ID	The ID of the resource to which the rating applies.
	Resource Name	The name of the resource to which the rating applies.
	Skill / Certification ID	The ID of the skill or certification
	Skill / Certification Source	The source of the skill or certification.
	Skill / Certification Description	The description of the skill or certification.
	Skill / Certification Group	The group related to the skill or certification.
	Skill / Certification Name	The name of the skill or certification.
	Skill or Certification	Determines whether this record is a skill or a certification.
	Skill / Certification Type	The type of skill or certification, for example "Programming".
	Skill Set Name	The name of the skill.
Measure	Years Experience	The number of years' experience a resource has in a skill.
	Numerical Rating	Level of exposure or ability that the resource has for the skill or certification.
Date	Date Achieved	Date when the rating was achieved.
	Evaluation Date	Date on which the rating was or is to be evaluated.
	Certification Expiration Date	Date on which the skill or certification rating expires.
