New Features and Enhancements in PSA Direct for Concur Expense Winter 2024

The following new features have been introduced in the Winter 2024 release of PSA Direct for Concur Expense.

Dependencies on other Certinia Packages

This release of PSA Direct for Concur Expense connector requires the following Certinia package to be installed:

• Foundations Winter 2024

You must install this package before installing or upgrading to this release of PSA Direct for Concur Expense.

Retrieves Expense Types

From this release, you now have the ability to access any expense types that are not listed in the default transformation tables from Concur Expense. You can then assign these corresponding Concur expense types to the correct PSA expense type, rather than the default "Miscellaneous", in PSA. To utilize this feature, a new Step 6 has been added to the PSA Direct for Concur Expense feature in the Feature Console. For more information, see Enabling PSA Direct for Concur Expense .
