Salesforce
By agreement between Certinia and Salesforce, a Certinia license allows you to use the following functionality from the Salesforce service:
- Accounts
- Opportunities
- Price Books
- Products
If you wish to use other functions from the Salesforce service then you must check any agreement you have with Salesforce.com allows such access for the Certinia users, or you need to purchase such access directly from Salesforce.com. If you are in any doubt, please seek clarification from your Certinia representative.
Certinia Users
The number of Certinia users is limited by your Certinia agreement.
There are two types of Certinia Financial Management user license:
- Financials Full User
- Financials View, Approval and CRM User
A Financials View, Approval and CRM User license gives read-only and approvals access to the Certinia applications. Executive users who need to use reports and dashboards will need the Financials Full User license.
To determine the number of permitted users of each license type, please refer to your sales documentation. If you are in any doubt, please seek clarification from your Certinia representative.
Integration Rules (IR1)
The number of first generation integration rules (IR1) you can define is governed by your agreement with Certinia. To determine the number of permitted rules, please refer to your sales documentation. If you are in any doubt, please seek clarification from your Certinia representative.
