Setting up Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector
To install the Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector package, first make sure that the required packages are installed in your org, then contact your Customer Support representative.
Dependencies on Other Certinia Packages
You must install Foundations Spring 2023 before installing Customer Success Cloud January 2024 and PSA Spring 2023.

If you have permissions to do so, you can follow the steps described in this section to set up and configure Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector.

Customer Success Cloud Project
