Create CS Activity Fields

The following table describes the fields on the Create CS Activity window when creating a CS activity from an app page, workspace, or Activity Tracker.

Field

Description:

Account Lookup to the related account for the CS activity. If you are creating the CS activity from an account record page, this field is automatically populated with the account that the CS activity is created from, but it can be edited if required.
Contact Lookup to the contacts to associate with the CS activity.
Date The date of the CS activity.
Notes Notes for the CS activity.
Summary A summary of the CS activity.
Type The type of CS activity.
