Generating Depreciation Schedules from a Fixed Asset Process

You can generate depreciation schedules for multiple assets using a fixed asset process.

To generate depreciation schedules from a fixed asset process:

  1. On the Fixed Asset Process Management page, open the process from which you want to generate depreciation schedules. For more information about creating fixed asset processes, see Creating Fixed Asset Processes.
  2. Click Generate Depreciation Schedules.
    3. Note:

    If any depreciation schedule settings are missing, the Generate Depreciation Schedules window displays. Specify the missing details and then click Generate.

    The batch job to generate depreciation schedules starts. To check the status of the batch job, see the newly created batch job record in the Related tab.

Note:

To generate depreciation schedules for multiple fixed assets simultaneously, you must have the FAM - Depreciation Schedule - Generate and Export permission set assigned.
