New Features and Enhancements in Intelligence Analytics Spring 2024

The following new features have been introduced in the Spring 2024 release of Intelligence Analytics.

Intelligence Cash Flow Forecasting with Billing Schedule Data and Enhanced User Experience

We have introduced the following enhancements to the Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence dashboard and the Financial Transactions - Intelligence dataset.

Billing Schedules

Note:

Billing Central data is only available if you have Billing Central installed.

We have added billing schedules data to the Collections tab on the Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence dashboard. All the charts and tables on this tab now include your billing schedules that have not been billed yet. Those are billing schedules for an active contract that are not linked to a billing document line item. This data is displayed as part of your overdue and forecast collections.

We have also added a new table that provides you with details of your billing schedules and the billing contracts that relate to them.

To display billing schedule data in the Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence dashboard, we have also added new fields related to Billing Central, Foundations, and Salesforce objects to the Financial Transactions - Intelligence dataset.

Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence Dashboard Optimization for Workspaces

We have enhanced the Cash Flow Forecast - Intelligence dashboard to fully optimize it for workspaces.
