PSA – Accounting Connector Admin Page

The PSA – Accounting Connector Admin tab enables you to schedule background executions of PSA – Accounting Connector flows and manage field mappings for each flow.

Note:
  • This page is only available in Lightning Experience.
  • You must be assigned the PSA – Accounting - Administration permission set to access the page and perform the actions.

PSA – Accounting Scheduling Actions

This component contains the PSA – Accounting Connector Scheduled Jobs section. You can add the component to any Lightning app page.

If the connector runs in enhanced modeClosed When PSA – Accounting Connector runs in enhanced mode, it uses the improved mechanism introduced starting with Spring 2021. This includes better flow execution performance and a modern user experience. Enhanced mode is enabled when the Run Integration in Enhanced Mode field in the PSA – Accounting Connector Settings custom setting is selected., the Manage Scheduled Jobs action enables you to schedule background executions of flows, view existing scheduled jobs, and delete them. PSA – Accounting Mapping Actions

This component contains the PSA – Accounting Connector Mappings section. You can add the component to any Lightning app page.

If the connector runs in enhanced modeClosed When PSA – Accounting Connector runs in enhanced mode, it uses the improved mechanism introduced starting with Spring 2021. This includes better flow execution performance and a modern user experience. Enhanced mode is enabled when the Run Integration in Enhanced Mode field in the PSA – Accounting Connector Settings custom setting is selected., you can view and customize mappings, as well as restore them to their default definitions.

Action Description
Manage Mappings

Enables you to view and customize the mappings for flows. After selecting a flow, the dedicated page displays in a new Lightning tab. For more information, see the following:

Note:

You can use Feature Console to migrate your custom mappings defined in ClickLink and integration rules. For more information, see Migrating Custom Legacy PSA – Accounting Connector Mappings to Foundations Mappings.
Restore Default Mappings

Restores the field-level mappings to their default definitions.

Warning:

This deletes all your custom mappings. You cannot revert this action.
