Viewing Generate Billing Events on Account Process Runs

Generating billing events on an account creates a process run record with the description Generating Billing Events for Account {0}. Account Link {1}. Where {0} holds the account name and {1} the link of the account on which the billing event is generated.

Note: A process run record is only created when the process executes asynchronously (in the background).

You can access the process run from the Process Runs tab or from the email notification or success toast that Generate Billing Events sends after the process finishes. Also, you can access the process run from Notifications. After opening the process run, you can view the number of pending items, the number of errors, and the number of successfully processed items.

The Process Run contains the process logs for projects on which the billing event is generated. You can view the details of each process log by clicking on it. The Related Record field under the details shows the Billing Event Batch Id if the number of billing events is more than one and Billing Event Id when there is one billing event generated, and in case of any failure, the Project Id is shown.
