Viewing Integration Hub Connector: Concur - PSA Error Message

If errors occur in the Integration Hub when synchronizing data between PSA and Concur, Foundations stores error messages to help you identify and resolve the issues.

To view Integration Hub error messages:

  1. From All Tabs, click Message Types.
  2. Click the name of the Concur message type.
  3. In the Messages related list, select the relevant error record. Error details are contained in the Body field.
Note:

Integration Hub error messages contain the following information:

  • Message Type: Concur
  • Publisher: PSA/IHCIntegration.Concur
  • Status: Errors

An email containing error details is also sent. If an error occurs when syncing expenses and expense reports from Concur, the email notification is sent to the Concur user who created the expense report. If an error occurs when syncing PSA information to Concur, the email notification is sent to the PSA user who created or updated the record.
