Setting up the PSA Mobile Manage Skills and Certifications

The Manage Skills and Certifications Lightning component is available on the lightning app pages. You must grant users the permissions detailed in this section to enable them to use the Manage Skills and Certifications Lightning component on the mobile phone.

Object Permissions

You must grant users the following object permissions:

  • Read permission on the Resource Skill Request object

  • Read, Create, and Edit permissions on the Skill or Certification Rating object

Field Permissions

You must grant users read and write permissions on all mandatory fields. Users cannot edit non-mandatory fields that they do not have read or write permissions for. For more information on the fields, see Skills Management Fields.

Permission Sets

You must assign users the PSA - Manage Your Skill and Certification Ratings permission set.
