My Weekly Summary

The PSA My Weekly Summary component provides you with a weekly view of the status of all your projects, assignments, and project task assignments. For more information about Lightning components, see PSA Lightning Components.

Using My Weekly Summary

To select the week to display, click the arrow buttons.

You can also select the date by clicking Date Selector on the currently displayed week.

The grid shows the following hours:

  • Logged: hours logged for each day of the week calculated from your timecards. If there is a discrepancy between logged and scheduled hours, the day will be outlined.
  • Scheduled: hours scheduled for each day of the week calculated from your assignments, related schedules, and any schedule exceptions.
Note:

All timecards and assignments are included, irrespective of status.

The projects and assignments that make up the hours shown in the grid are displayed underneath. If you have associated project tasks, click View Sub-tasks to view them. Click Hide Sub-tasks to hide them again.
