Project Task Board Lightning Component Properties

This table lists the fields available in the Properties panel of the Lightning App Builder for the Project Task Board Lightning component.

Record ID Only applies to Experience Cloud sites.
The ID of the record to display in the component. This property supports using an expression. The default expression ensures the correct record detail page is displayed automatically, provided you have placed this component on an object page. If you have placed the component on another type of page, you must enter the record ID for the relevant project record.

Label The title that is displayed on the component. Project Task Board
Pixel Height The component height in pixels. You can enter a value from 100 to 10,000 pixels. 400 pixels
Task Details Custom Fields Field Set

The field set on the Project Task object that contains the custom fields you want to display on the Task tab of the record details panel. Ensure users viewing the Project Task Board have permission to view these fields.

If None is selected or the selected field set contains no valid fields, the following fields are displayed by default: Start Date and Time, End Date and Time, Estimated Hours, Actual Hours, Milestone, Assigned Resources (Long), WBSClosed Work Breakdown Structure Element Number.

Task Editing

The method to use to edit tasks displayed on the Project Task Board. You can select from the following:

  • Off: Users cannot edit tasks from the Project Task Board.
  • Use Salesforce Standard Edit: Users can edit tasks using the Salesforce native editing window.
