Disabling Legacy Utilization

The Disable Legacy Utilization custom setting allows you to disable the legacy utilization feature. Use this setting to disable legacy utilization and use utilization analytics to manage Utilization.

To disable the legacy utilization calculation feature:

Remove the PSA - Calculate Utilization permission. For more information, see Assigning and Removing Permission Sets. This removes the legacy Utilization tabs. Skip this step if you do not have PSA - Calculate Utilization permission.
Navigate to Setup | Custom Settings | Utilization, click the Manage link next to Utilization and then click Edit.
Select the Disable Legacy Utilization checkbox. The legacy utilization feature is disabled.
