Managing Recognition Settings Records
You must be signed in as an administrator to create, edit or delete recognition settings records.
To edit an existing recognition settings record:
- Click the Recognition Settings tab.
- Navigate to the detail page of the settings record.
- Click Edit. You cannot edit the source object, parent setting or level of any existing settings record.
- Make the changes.
- Click Save.
You can edit any field on a cloned recognition settings record.
To delete an existing recognition settings record:
- If the settings record has no children (related settings at a lower level), follow the steps for editing but click Delete at step 3. So in a multi-level group of settings records, delete them in reverse order starting with the lowest level first.
- If the settings record has children (related settings at a lower level), follow the steps for editing but click Delete Hierarchy at step 3. This will delete the current settings record and all of its children.
