Adding Additional Charges
You can add additional charges to a service contract line for additional work carried out without creating a change request. Additional charges are added to an invoice when the Order and Inventory Management billing engine runs. To add an additional charge to the service contract line to which the work relates:
- Click New Additional Charge in the Additional Charges related list in the service contract line to which to want to associate the charge.
- Enter the Item Master to which the additional charge relates.
- Enter the Price to be charged for one instance of the item.
- Enter the Quantity of items.
- [Optional] Enter an additional description of the additional charge.
- Click Save.
