Service Contract Overview

Service Contracts extends the functionality of Order and Inventory Management to enable you to effectively create and manage service contracts in your organization. Service Contracts is fully integrated with Order and Inventory Management. Here is an example of a way in which you can use Service Contracts. The way in which your organization uses Service Contracts may be different to the examples shown in this document depending on how your administrator configures Service Contracts and whether your organization uses Advanced Quoting.
