Services CPQ Overview

Certinia Services CPQ is a fully-connected services estimating solution that integrates with Certinia PSA to enable you to estimate custom services work during the sales process. From the opportunity, you can build an estimate and use the estimate's details in your PSA projects.

Services CPQ enables you to:

• Create an estimate from an opportunity, either from scratch or using best practices templates and previous estimates.
• Configure the estimate using estimate products, line sets, tasks, and role requests to plan for the resourcing, prices, time, cost, and expenses required for you to deliver the best results.
• Push the estimate to the opportunity to create resource requests and opportunity products that reflect the estimate.
• Create a project from an estimate or add an estimate to an existing project in PSA, so that the estimate's details and records are reflected in the project.

Services to Salesforce CPQ Integration

The Services to Salesforce CPQ integration connects Services CPQ with Salesforce CPQ, enabling you to work on your estimates together with your Salesforce quotes. You can:

• Push an estimate's details to a quote.
• Create a quote from an estimate.
• Create an estimate from a quote.
