Enabling the Reconciliation Processes
You can use this Feature Console feature to:
- Assign the Lightning record pages for Bank Reconciliation, Transaction Reconciliation, and Bank Statement as org defaults.
- Update the page layouts for Bank Statement and Transaction Reconciliation.
- Add new values to the Bank Reconciliation Status picklist.
- Add a new value to the Bank Statement Status picklist.
- Add Reconciliation Line Items to the Related list on the Transaction Reconciliation page layout.
- Add the Error Message field to your Bank Reconciliation Lightning page layout.
- Add the new error status to the transaction Reconciliation status picklist.
To enable the Reconciliation Process feature:
- Click the Feature Console tab.
- [Optional] Filter the list of features by application or status.
- Click Reconciliation Processes.
- For step 1, Click Launch. The Feature Console lists all action overrides that you can complete and displays the following information:
- The name of the object
- The action to override (View)
- The user interface that is affected (Lightning Experience)
- The current override value
- The proposed override value
- Click Perform. When the step has been completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
- For step 2, click Perform. When the step has been completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
- For step 3, click Perform. When the step has been completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
- For step 4, click Perform. When the step has been completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
- [Optional] For step 5, click Perform. When the step has been completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
- For step 6, click Perform. When the step has been completed, the Status changes from "Not Done" to "Done".
- When all steps are complete, use the Status slider in the Feature section to enable the feature. The Messages panel displays a summary of the changes.
