Billing Document to SIN or SCR Admin Page
The Billing Document to SIN or SCR Admin page enables you to configure settings for the integration, manage field mappings, and schedule background jobs. This page contains the Billing Document to SIN or SCR Administration Lightning component.
On this page, you can perform the following:
- Determine the maximum number of billing document line items that a billing document can contain and be processed synchronously.
- Decide whether a billing document can be completed without a company.
- Set additional eligibility criteria for running the integration. For more information, see Setting up Automatic Creation of Sales Documents from Billing Documents.
- Determine which field controls the automatic processing functionality. For more information, see Configuring an Additional Eligibility Rule for the Billing Document to Sales Invoice or Credit Note Integration.
- Decide whether a sales invoice or credit note field is automatically created from the billing document when it becomes eligible.
- Decide whether a sales invoice or credit note is automatically posted from the billing document when it becomes eligible.
- Define the field-level mappings. For more information, see Viewing the Mappings.
To define the settings:
- Open the Billing Document to SIN or SCR Admin tab.
- In the Configuration Settings section, populate the relevant fields. For more information about the available fields, see Billing Document to Sales Invoice Admin Fields.
- Click Save.
