Managing Multi-Account Credit Terms
You can use multi-account credit terms to define the following information for multiple companies:
- Base Date 1 – 4
- Days Offset 1 – 4
- Description 1 – 4
- Discount 1 – 4
Creating Multi-Account Credit Terms
You can create multi-account credit terms in one of the following ways:
- Create a single record manually in the Multi-Account Credit Terms tab
- Create multiple records using a sample template spreadsheet (XLSX) via Datastream
Creating Multi-Account Credit Terms Manually
To create a multi-account credit terms record manually:
- Search for Multi-Account Credit Terms in the App Launcher. The Multi-Account Credit Terms page displays.
- Click New.
- Enter a name for this multi-account credit terms record. This name must be unique.
- Specify the information you want as follows:
- Base Date 1 and Days Offset 1
- Base Date 2 and Days Offset 2
- Base Date 3 and Days Offset 3
- Base Date 4 and Days Offset 4
- Click Save to save this multi-account credit terms record or Save & New to save this multi-account credit terms record and create a new one.
Creating Multi-Account Credit Terms Using Datastream
You can use Datastream to create several multi-account credit terms records. We have prepared a template spreadsheet file (XLSX) where you can specify the information you want to upload via Datastream. To use this functionality, you must have Datastream installed and configured. For more information, see Datastream Overview.
If you want to create several multi-account credit terms records, you can do it while creating the associated multiple companies account config records. For more information, see Managing Multiple Companies Account Configs.
Editing Multi-Account Credit Terms
To edit a multi-account credit terms record:
- Search for Multi-Account Credit Terms in the App Launcher. The Multi-Account Credit Terms page displays.
- Click the multi-account credit terms record that you want to edit.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the information you want.
- Click Save to save this multi-account credit terms record or Save & New to save this multi-account credit terms record and create a new one.
Cloning Multi-Account Credit Terms
To clone a multi-account credit terms record:
- Search for Multi-Account Credit Terms in the App Launcher. The Multi-Account Credit Terms page displays.
- Click the multi-account credit terms record that you want to clone.
- Click Clone.
- Enter a new multi-account credit terms name.
- Click Save to save this multi-account credit terms record or Save & New to save this multi-account credit terms record and create a new one.
Deleting Multi-Account Credit Terms
To delete a multi-account credit terms record:
- Search for Multi-Account Credit Terms in the App Launcher. The Multi-Account Credit Terms page displays.
- Click the multi-account credit terms record that you want to delete.
- Click Delete. The Delete Multi-Account Credit Terms window displays.
- Click Delete.
