Adding Sales Invoice Line Items Using Custom Input Forms
When using custom input forms, you can add new line items to a sales document by searching for a product in a price book:
- Click Add from Price Book.
- Either:
- Enter a partial product name or code in the Price Book Search section then click the icon. Click Cancel to clear the list shown.
- Click View All then select the appropriate checkboxes on the left-hand side and click Add to add lines or Add and Close to add lines and close the Price Book Search window. Click Cancel to clear the list shown.
- Click Recently Added to select again any items that have been recently added. Select the appropriate checkboxes on the left-hand side and click Add to add lines or Add and Close to add lines and close the Price Book Search window.
A message confirms the number of items added to the document. New line items are added to the document with a default quantity of 1.00.
