Setting up the Pay Now Button Image

To enable the Pay Now button image provided in the package:

1. From Setup, click Develop | Custom Settings. If you are using Lightning Experience: From Setup, click Custom Code | Custom Settings.
2. Click Asperato Settings (FF), and click Manage. If this is the first time you have accessed these settings, click New to display the custom fields available.
3. Enter the static resource path for the image supplied for use on the Pay Now button in the Pay Now Image URL field: /resource/ffasp__FFASPPayNowImage.
4. Click Save.

Note:

If your community URL includes a subdomain, you must include it in the Pay Now Image URL field. For example: /<subdomain>/resource/<staticresourcename>.

To configure a new Pay Now button image:

1. From Setup, click Develop | Static Resources.
2. Click New to create a new Static Resource, and configure the following settings:
1. Enter a name for your Pay Now button image.
2. Click Choose File to upload your Pay Now button image.
3. [Optional] Enter a description.
4. Click Save.

Follow steps 1-4 described above to enable your new Pay Now button image.

Note:

The Pay Now button is only displayed if the following conditions apply:

• The status of the invoice is "Complete".
• The invoice has not been paid already.
• The invoice is not associated with a payment that has an authorization in place.

If these conditions do not apply, the Make a Payment field displays the message “Not Applicable” instead of the Pay Now button image.
