CS Activity Fields

The CS activity object includes the following fields.

R – Read-only, * – Mandatory field

Description

Account * The account that relates to the CS activity.
CS Activity Name   The name of the CS activity.
Date   The date of the CS activity.
Notes   The notes entered on the CS activity. For more information about the formatting options available in the rich text editor, see the Salesforce Help.
Record Type R The type of the CS activity record. This field displays only if your administrator has created one or more record types for this object and added this field to the necessary page layouts. The user can select a record type when creating a new CS activity. If only one record type has been created for this object, that record is selected by default. For more information, see Setting up Customer Success Cloud.
Success Plan   The success plan associated with the CS activity.
Summary   The summary of the CS activity.
Type   The type of the CS activity. The available options are --None--, Meeting, and Note.
