The Objective KPI object includes the following fields.

| Baseline Value | The starting value of the objective key performance indicator, up to four decimal places. You can specify a unit for this value in the Unit field. | |
| Current Value | The current value of the objective key performance indicator, up to four decimal places. You can specify a unit for this value in the Unit field. | |
| Description | The description of the objective key performance indicator up to 255 characters. | |
| Objective | * | The objective that the objective key performance indicator is associated with. |
| Objective KPI Name | A name that identifies the objective KPI record, in the format OKPI-{00000000}. | |
| Target Date | The target date of the objective key performance indicator. | |
| Target Value | The target value of the objective key performance indicator, up to four decimal places. You can specify a unit for this value in the Unit field. | |
| Unit |
The unit of measurement for the baseline, current, and target values of the objective key performance indicator. The available values are --None--, EUR, GBP, JPY, USD, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, Percent, and Quantity. The default value is --None--. We recommend customizing the Unit field to include units specific to your organization. |
