Here is a description of the fields on the Journal object. The following fields are available if Fixed Asset Management is integrated with Accounting:

| Depreciation Schedule |
Lookup to the depreciation schedule that has been exported from Fixed Asset Management. It is not possible to modify this field manually. |
| Fixed Asset | Lookup to the fixed asset that has been approved (acquired) in Fixed Asset Management. |
| Hash Code | The code added to the journal header to help identify journals summarized in Fixed Asset Management. |
Journal Fixed Assets Related List
The Journal Fixed Assets Related List shows the fixed asset journals that have been attached to a summarized journal. Any journals that have been attached are assigned a number in the format JFAN-0000.
To use the Journal Fixed Assets Related List, you must add it to your page layouts for the Journal object.

Journal Depreciation Schedules Related List
The Journal Depreciation Schedules Related List shows the depreciation schedules that have been attached to a summarized journal. Any depreciation schedules that have been attached are assigned a number in the format JDSN-0000.
To use the Journal Depreciation Schedules Related List, you must add it to your page layouts for the Journal object.
