Resending Failed Messages
To attempt to redeliver a message that failed to send:
- From the Foundations Administration app, select the Message Types tab.
- From the list view, select the message type that contains the failed message. The message type is displayed.
- Click the Messages link.
- Click the Message ID of the message that failed.
- From the Deliveries related list, select the checkboxes of the failed deliveries that you want to retry.
- Click Retry Deliveries. The deliveries that you can retry are shown in the Retry Allowed related list. To retry these deliveries, click Retry.
