Responding to Requirements Using Generative AI

To respond to an estimate product's requirement in guided scoping using generative AI:

1. From the Scoping Sessions tab, open the scoping session you want to complete the responses for.
2. In the Estimate Product section, select the estimate product that you want to respond to the requirements for.
3. Click the relevant drop-down section to display the contained requirements. Requirements that have not been assigned to a section by your administrator are displayed in a drop-down labeled "Uncategorized".
4. Review the response generated by the Generate Scoping Requirement Responses prompt template in the Notes section.
5. Amend the response if necessary.
6. Respond to the requirement by selecting one of the responses.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 for each estimate product's requirement.
8. Click Save to save your scoping session so you can go back to it later.
