Setting up Your Role in the Experience Cloud Site

You must set up the channel manager role that enables you to manage external users of your Experience Cloud site, such as contacts on your accounts or external resources on your PSA projects. For more information, see Set Up the Channel Manager Role in the Salesforce Help.

Although there are default roles set for site users, you can also create custom roles. For more information, see Set Custom Site Roles in the Salesforce Help.

Note:

You must set up a role and assign it to each account owner that you want to grant access to in your site.
