The Order and Inventory Management Receiving and Shipping application enables your organization to manage:

• Shipment of items to customers for sales orders.
• Shipment of items to suppliers for service purchase orders. For instance, if an item is to be sent back to a supplier to be reconditioned.
• Receipt of items as a result of purchase order.
• Receipt of items from a customer for a refund or exchange.
