Permissions for the Sync Groups to Dimension 3 Records Flow

These permissions are for running the Sync Groups to Dimension Records flow.

Note:

This only applies to the default flow when groups are synced to dimension 3 records. If you change the default behavior, you might need to create your own permission sets.

The following permission set contains all the standard permissions that are detailed in this topic.

PSA - Manage Configuration Enables users to view, create, edit, and delete groups.
PSA – Accounting - Sync Groups to Dimension 3 Records

Enables users to:

  • View and edit fields that PSA – Accounting Connector adds to the Group object
  • Automatically create and update dimension 3 records from groups.

Accounting Reporting Code Edit [Optional] Only required to customize the reporting code. When this is left blank, it automatically populates from the group name, truncated to 24 characters.
Dimension 3 View [Optional] Only required to view the dimension 3 record linked to the group.
Edit [Optional] Only required for manually correlating existing groups and dimensions.
Dimension 3 Group View [Optional] Only required to view the group linked to the dimension 3 record.
