Permissions for the Sync Regions to Dimension 1 Records Flow

These permissions are for running the Sync Regions to Dimension Records flow.

Note:

This only applies to the default flow when regions are synced to dimension 1 records. If you change the default behavior, you might need to create your own permission sets.

The following permission sets contain all the standard permissions that are detailed in this topic.

PSA - Manage Configuration Enables users to view, create, edit, and delete regions.
PSA – Accounting - Sync Regions to Dimension 1 Records

Enables users to:

  • View and edit fields that PSA – Accounting Connector adds to the Region object.
  • Automatically create and update dimension 1 records from regions.

Accounting Reporting Code Edit [Optional] Only required to customize the reporting code. When this is left blank, it automatically populates from the region name, truncated to 24 characters.
Dimension 1 View [Optional] Only required to view the dimension 1 record linked to the region.
Edit [Optional] Only required for manually correlating existing regions and dimensions.
Dimension 1 Region View [Optional] Only required to view the region linked to the dimension 1 record.
