Recalculating Assignment Schedules

You can recalculate schedules for related assignments on projects when project tasks or project task assignments have been updated. Estimated hours on the parent project task are equally divided between all project tasks or project task assignments on the project.

Schedules exceeding 24 hours in a day are not updated or rescheduled.

Note:

Your administrator can batch submit or schedule the recalculation of all rescheduled assignments. See PSA Administration.

To Recalculate Assignment Schedules:

1. On a project record, click Assignments | Recalculate Assignment Schedules.
2. Click Recalculate.
