Work Calendar Fields

Some of these fields may not be visible or editable at all times, or in all package combinations.

Field   Description
Work Calendar Name * Name of the work calendar.
Allow Start/End on Non-working Days   If selected, task start and end dates can extend into non-working time.
Available Time Entry Modes  

Displays the time entry modes: 

  • Hours
  • Daily
  • Hours and Days
  • Start and End Times

Defaults to blank.

Week Start Day   First work day of your week.
Monday Hours   Default number of hours to be worked on each day. Used to create a new resource schedule. A value of null is treated as a zero-hour (non-working) day.

Monday Start Hour   The hour of day a work schedule starts. Values are picklist entries specified as hh:mm (label) where hh is the hour, mm is the minutes and (label) is a user-friendly label to display. The time period starts at 00:00 as midnight and goes to 23:50 as 11:50PM. The smallest supported increments of time are 10 minute increments. By default, entries are listed in half-hour increments throughout a 24-hour period.
