Default Document Text Fields

Here is a description of the Default Document Text fields. You can access these fields from the Default Document Text tab or from the Default Document Text link on the Billing Central Task Launcher.

Invoices

Default Document Text – Invoices

Field Name	Description
Invoice Header	Defines the default rich text to be included in the header of a printed billing document PDF for an invoice.
Invoice Footer	Defines the default rich text to be included in the footer of a printed billing document PDF for an invoice.

Credit Notes

Default Document Text – Credit Notes

Field Name	Description
Credit Note Header	Defines the default rich text to be included in the header of a printed billing document PDF for a Credit Note.
Credit Note Footer	Defines the default rich text to be included in the footer of a printed billing document PDF for a Credit Note.
