Clicking the Units of Measure tab displays the Units of Measure home page where you can view a list of units of measure matching specific criteria, and perform actions such as creating units of measure.

In Billing Central, a unit of measure is a unit that you can use for reporting purposes on plans, contracts and billing documents.
