Activity Tracker Lightning Component Fields

Buttons

Buttons in the Activity Tracker Component

Button

Name Description
View By View By Opens a list of options for viewing CS activities.
Add Activity Add Menu Opens a list of creation actions.
Add CS Activity Add CS Activity Opens the Create CS Activity window, enabling you to create a CS activity record.
Add Task Add Task Opens the Create Playbook Task window, enabling you to create a playbook task record.
Edit CS Activity Edit CS Activity Opens the Edit CS Activity window, enabling you to edit a CS activity record.
Expandor Collapse Expand or Collapse Expands or collapses the activity information when available.
Filter  Activties Filter Opens and closes the Filters panel, enabling you to filter the activities displayed.
Refresh Refresh Refreshes the Success Tracker component to display any external changes.
View More View More Loads up to 10 more additional activity items when available.

Filter Buttons

Filter Buttons in the Activity Tracker Component
Button Description
Reset Returns the filter criteria to the default values.
Apply Updates the contents of Activity Tracker using the filter criteria specified.

Filter Fields

Filter Fields in the Activity Tracker Component
Field Section Description Default
Saved Filters Select the filter set you want to apply. For more information, see Using Activity Tracker.
Account General Search for and select one or more accounts to view their associated activities in Activity Tracker. This field is automatically populated when using Activity Tracker on a record page. This field does not display when using Activity Tracker on an account record page.
Date Range

Select the date range for the activities displayed in Activity Tracker. The available options are:

  • Next 7 Days
  • Last 7 Days
  • Current Month
  • Last Month
  • Last 6 Month
  • All Time
My Activities Activities If selected, only the activities that you own or are assigned to display in Activity Tracker. Deselected
Type Select the type of activity that you want to view in Activity Tracker. The available options are --None--, Meeting, and Note.
Objects for Upcoming Activities

Search for and select the objects whose activities display in the Upcoming CS Activities section in Activity Tracker. The following objects are available:

  • Account
  • Objective
  • Opportunity
  • Playbook
  • Playbook Task
  • Success Plan

This field does not support custom objects.

Success Plan Search for and select the success plans whose CS activities you want to view in Activity Tracker.  
Objective Search for and select the objectives whose CS activities you want to view in Activity Tracker.  
Playbook Search for and select the playbooks whose CS activities you want to view in Activity Tracker.  
Objects with History Tracking History Tracking

Search for and select the activities generated from supported tracked objects and fields to display in Activity Tracker. Administrators can add additional objects to this field. For more information, see Setting up Additional Objects in Activity Tracker.

Note:

The Record Type field is not supported for filtering in Activity Tracker's Filters panel.
