The Objective KPI object includes the following fields.

Objective KPI Fields
Field   Description
Baseline Value   The starting value of the objective key performance indicator, up to four decimal places. You can specify a unit for this value in the Unit field.
Category  

The category of the objective key performance indicator. The available values are:

  • --None--
  • Approval on Time
  • Budget Variance
  • Completion on Time
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Project Margin
  • Reduced Timecard Errors and Time to Bill
  • Resource Management Margin
  • Skill Capacity
  • Time to Staff
  • Timecards Submitted on Time
  • Utilization

Current Value   The current value of the objective key performance indicator, up to four decimal places. You can specify a unit for this value in the Unit field.
Description * The description of the objective key performance indicator up to 255 characters.
Last Progress Update   For system use. Used to determine the date and time of the last progress update.
Objective * The objective that the objective key performance indicator is associated with.
Objective KPI Name   A name that identifies the objective KPI record, in the format OKPI-{00000000}.
Previous Progress R Calculates the previous percent completion of this objective KPI, based on its baseline value, previous value, and target value.
Previous Value   For system use. Used to store the previous value of the objective KPI before the latest progress update.
Progress R Calculates the percent completion of the objective KPI between 0% and 100%, based on the baseline, current, and target values.
Status R The status of the objective KPI, calculated based on the objective KPI's progress.
Target Date   The target date of the objective key performance indicator.
Target Value   The target value of the objective key performance indicator, up to four decimal places. You can specify a unit for this value in the Unit field.
Unit  

The unit of measurement for the baseline, current, and target values of the objective key performance indicator. The available values are --None--, EUR, GBP, JPY, USD, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months, Percent, and Quantity. The default value is --None--. We recommend customizing this field to include values specific to your organization.
