Adding Comments to a Cell

If you have read and write access to a plan, you can add comments to plan cells.

To add a comment:

  1. Open the plan scenario that contains the cell to which you want to add a comment.
  2. Right-click the cell where you want to add the comment.
  3. Click View Comments. The Comments panel displays the existing comments in the cell.
  4. If the comment thread was previously resolved, click Show Menu in the header above the comments and then click Reopen. This reactivates the thread and enables you to enter a comment.
  5. Enter your comment.
  6. Click Comment. The comment is added to the thread.
  7. In the plan table toolbar, click Save. Your comment is saved, along with any other changes to the plan scenario.
