Populating the PSA Project and Dimension 1-4 Fields
The Project and Dimension 1-4 lookup fields are used to identify the region, practice, group, and project for which the scanned payable document is created. These fields are not mandatory. For more information, see Scanned Payable Document Fields.
This functionality requires the following Certinia packages to be installed:
- Foundations
- PSA
- Accounting
- PSA – Accounting Connector
When the default RPGP to dimension mappings are used and the project name is scanned by OCR, the Project field on the scanned payable document is automatically populated with the project name. The Dimension 1-3 fields are populated with region, practice, and group associated with the project on the scanned payable document. The Dimension 4 field is populated with the project name.
