This page explains the setup steps required for generating invoice summary using generative AI.
To complete the steps, you must be assigned the System Administrator profile and the Prompt Template Manager permission set.

Contact Salesforce to activate one of the following add-on licenses.
- Einstein for Platform
- Einstein for Sales
- Einstein for Services
These are standard Salesforce add-on licenses. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.

Assign the Einstein Prompt Templates permission set license to the following users.
- Administrators who must manage and execute prompt templates.
- Users, such as revenue managers, who need the sales invoice summary to be generated by the Generate Sales Invoice Summary prompt template.
- Assign the Prompt Template Manager permission set to administrators who need to create and manage prompt templates.
- Assign the Prompt Template User permission set to the users, such as revenue managers, who need the sales invoice summary to be generated by the Generate Sales Invoice Summary prompt template.

Assign the GenAI - Invoice Summary - View and Edit permission set to the following users:
- Administrators who need to create and manage prompt templates.
- Users, such as revenue managers, who need the sales invoice summary to be generated by the GenAI - Invoice Summary - View and Edit prompt template.
