Setting up Order and Inventory Management
Installations are carried out by the Certinia Onboarding team. To install Order and Inventory Management, first make sure that the required packages are installed in your org, then contact your Customer Support representative.

Order and Inventory Management Summer 2024 requires the following Certinia packages to be installed:

Post-Install Steps
If you have permissions to do so, you can follow the steps described in this section to set up and configure Order and Inventory Management. You must be logged in as an administrator or equivalent to perform the steps.

Supported Browsers
Order and Inventory Management supports the same browsers as those supported by Salesforce with the following exception:
- Order and Inventory Management Spring 2020 and later versions do not support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 for Lightning Experience.
